Sometimes I enjoy a simple food from childhood. Of course I make it a little more grown up. This is something simple Eun Jeong made one night that was used in a later recipe. But it is great by itself as a side dish. It’s a spinach garlic stir fry called sigeumchi muchim 시금치 무침.
