Who Here Likes Sweet Potato Pizza?

A Geek in Korea does. When he first tried sweet potato pizza, he had the same reaction I did–and still do. Now, I’ve been able to wrap my mind around toppings that Americans would think are strange. In Germany, they served eggs, peas and unpitted olives on their pizzas. I learned to live with that. And a German asparagus and artichoke pizza is divine. I’m also not averse to sweet elements in a pizza. I have learned to like pineapple with bacon.

Yet I still can’t get myself to like the sweet potato. I may one day, but four years of exposure haven’t changed me yet. And don’t get me started on the cookie crust pizza that Mr. Pizza is putting out. Are they just listening more and more to my rant that Koreans want to turn all Western food into candy to make it palatable?
