A Couple of September Menus
Chuseok is just a week away, and I thought I’d pass along some of these special menus.
The Park Hyatt Seoul looks to have gotten their hands on some coveted pine mushrooms, so they’re preparing a few dishes at their Cornerstone restaurant from September 27th to October 9th. Dishes start at W22,000, and a four course “Cornerstone Experience” goes for W120,000, which comes with soup, salad and dessert. Menu items include Crispy Pine Mushrooms Milanese Style, Pine Mushroom Tagliatelle and Australian Black Angus Sirloin with Celeriac Mash and Pine Mushrooms.
