Hey Joe. Where did you find that home made bibimbap song. Hilarious. Had it pumping in the teachers office and it got everybody’s attention. Anyways, its been too long, we have to hit up that boreabap once again, I’m sure the valley there is looking just beautiful these days.

Hi, I went to college in Rochester, NY so I tried the garbage plate many times (and often miss it!). I love food like you do so I just wanted to offer a better Korean comparison to the garbage plate— I just recently found out about the omurice restaurants that are popular here. Well, if you get a hamburger omurice and slice it all up and mix it, you can’t get much closer to a garbage plate!! I was really surprised to find the taste so similar too. So if you’re missing garbage plates, for all those Roch people out in Korea, just get some hamburger omurice! ;)
