I am a Korean dude who can take spicy food. But last time I tried one of these spicy chicken feet in Korea, I had some painful experience putting out the volcano eruption the morning after.

I’ve long been a fan of chicken feet and haven’t been able to find them ready-cooked here in Sydney for some time. Yesterday I cooked them myself from arecipe I found on the web. How I wish I’d had some warning about the explosions when deep frying!!
Nevertheless delicous. However in future I think I’ll leave at least one claw uncut to use as a toothpick!
My original experience with chicken feet was from a street stall in Thailand and they were very crispy and crunchy – I’ve had no success finding a recipe for this style.

Ditto with dim sum. Love them, but I’m the only one who eats them, so i gotta pig on ‘em or bring ‘em home….

Love the pictures.

I've had chicken feet once, in a dim sum place. (When the waitress walked by with her cart I only heard "chicken" so I nodded yes.) I remember them being very tough and hard to chew.

The sauce sounds delicious.
