		<description>Ah, witness the power of the Internet!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I lived in Korea, I developed a cookbook that used only items one could buy (even with difficulty) in Korea (and there was far less available back then). I also had a section on where to buy some of the more difficult items.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sadly, that cookbook is locked away in an old version of PageMaker. I do miss that recipe for rice pudding.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is an excellent idea. I wish you success (and good eating). Especially good eating.</description>
