Any idea where to find corn kernels dry? I’ve had a hard time even online, hard to believe Korea, who has corn in everything, doesnt have dry corn kernels.

I've been to the International Food Store in Itaewon, it's not too bad.

Ah, witness the power of the Internet!

When I lived in Korea, I developed a cookbook that used only items one could buy (even with difficulty) in Korea (and there was far less available back then). I also had a section on where to buy some of the more difficult items.

Sadly, that cookbook is locked away in an old version of PageMaker. I do miss that recipe for rice pudding.

This is an excellent idea. I wish you success (and good eating). Especially good eating.
