Mmm… Korean Space Food

I can’t believe I have met someone who is up in space right now (literally… I know too many who are up there figuratively).

So this is the food that Yi So-yeon has brought with her and has likely already made for herself and the Soyuz crew. Starting clockwise from the left: a packaging case, canned kimchi, ramyeon noodles, a grain bar (I’ve seen these before), and sujeonggwa mix (that cinnamon punch that I like).

The originating Korea Times article also goes into more details of her bathroom functions in space than I’d like to know.
