Pinkberry Settles
TweetKorean-style frozen yogurt trendsetter Pinkberry has settled with the state of California for claiming that its frozen yogurt-like product was actually frozen yogurt and for making unproven health claims.
For those of us who live in Korea and deal with slam advertising of “well-being” pizza, coffee and even cigarettes, we say, “What’s new about that?”
Now, excuse me while I finish my green tea donut and sweet potato latte with pomegranate vinegar.
