Bottom line: This is an upscale beef restaurant near Yongsan, suitable for dates.
From the moment you arrive at this restaurant, you’ll probably get the impression this is an upscale restaurant. The courteous valet will whisk your car away, and when you step in the door you’ll see signed portraits of movie stars who’ve visited the restaurant or used it as a set for a television drama. The restaurant is very clean and brightly lit.
I’ve eaten here 4-5 times and gotten different beef dishes each time, and they all were good. I particularly remember the Yukhwe as being very tasty.
During one occasion, an MBC television crew was filming a Korean drama in the in a room near us, so the actors were walking around in costume. That was an interesting thing to see.
Cost for dinner for two: about $50-$60.

The most convenient way to get to this restaurant is by driving right up to the front door.
Subway: From Sinyongsan station, walk almost 900 meters south along the main road. Once you pass Trump Towers, which will be on your left, turn right (until recently, there used to be a highway overpass here). The restaurant will be on the right side of the road, approximately 175 meters ahead.
Taxi: The closest reference point for foreigners to navigate from is probably Trump Towers. If you can get a taxi to take you to “Yongsan Trump Towers” you can use the directions above to walk from there to the restaurant.
