A while back I went to Kate’s Kitchen Brunch and Lounge with a few friends. Let me tell you that Kate’s deco exterior matches the swanky vibe inside. Lucky for us because Kate’s proved to be a lovely experience. Of course when one encounters a lovely experience one should be ready to pay those lovely prices and on that score Kate has the check mark firmly in the box. It’s not really that unreasonable for dinner, but if you’re in the mood for a quick casual bite then you may want to bid Kate adieu for another night. Kate’s features various European and Italian dishes. The set menu for lunch would probably be the best bet. My sweet pumpkin soup dazzled the taste buds and the rest of the meal didn’t disappoint, culminating in a chocolate mousse that must have fell from heaven above. Kate has two locations: One in Itaewon and the other in Gangnam. Check their website for exact directions and operating times.
