Cafe Sukkara in Hongdae is a cafe and restaurant with a selection of drinks, food, and desserts. They offer an organic selection of both food and drinks. The atmosphere is great, the service is friendly and the prices are right. They offer whole wheat pasta with their pasta dishes which is a bonus and hard to find in Seoul. Entrees are average 10,000 won, and the house wine is very good and 4,000 a glass with food.

    I freaking LOVE this place. I live in Hongdae and so I go here about once every two weeks. My friend loves the Taco Rice, which is bibimbap but with taco ingredients on a bed of rice, and I love the Butter Chicken Curry. The lentils they sprinkle on the purple rice are sooo yummy. They also have this big frozen dessert called Fruit Parfait, which is big enough for 2 people, and they frozen fruit on some soy-based ice-cream-type rolled up stuff that has shaved ice specks in it. =) Also, it turns out this place is a hub for bringing Korean and Japanese indie culture together. They publish some magazine pertaining to that, and sometimes have exhibitions by Japanese and Korean artists.
